GAME OPERATION POLICY
Dark December Game Operation Policy
This Game Operation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") aims to maintain service quality and protect user rights by responding fairly and consistently to issues that may arise during the use of Dark December (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), provided by Needs Games Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Company shall strive to allow users to enjoy the Game in a stable and pleasant environment from a neutral and objective perspective. As this Policy contains important information related to service usage, users are advised to read it carefully.
Article 1. General Provisions
1. This Policy is established to reasonably and fairly respond to issues that may arise during the operation of the Game and contains detailed rules necessary for the Company's service operation and user participation.
2. This Policy supplements the Company's Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") and sets forth the Company's standards for sanctions on user violations and objection procedures.
3. The Company may add, modify, or delete the contents of this Policy for the efficient operation of the Game. In such cases, the Company shall notify users in advance of the changes and the effective date via in-game notices or official community platforms. Users are responsible for regularly checking any changes to this Policy, and the Company may not provide separate support for any disadvantages resulting from not doing so.
4. Matters not specified in this Policy shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with relevant laws and general social norms.
Article 2. Definitions
The definitions of the terms used in this Policy are as follows:
1. "Name" refers to all types of identifiers (such as nicknames, guild names, etc.) set by the user to identify characters, items, or groups within the Game.
2. "Game Currency" refers to in-game currency such as Diamonds, Rubies, and Gold, which may be consumed to use content or exchanged for other currency. Game Currency may be provided through paid purchases or free of charge depending on service usage.
3. "Community Service" refers to online platforms provided by the Company for expressing opinions or sharing information related to the Game. This includes the official website, official forums, and social media (SNS).
4. "Service Use Information" refers to data such as character information, items, and levels, which are selected or acquired by users through the methods provided by the Company in the Game.
5. "Guild" refers to a group formed by multiple users within the Game using systems provided by the Company.
Article 3. Rights and Obligations of Users
1. User Rights
Users may use the content provided in the Game, whether paid or free, in accordance with the Terms. However, all rights (including copyrights) to content such as Service Use Information, excluding the rights granted under the Terms, belong to the Company. Users may contact the customer service center to inquire about issues arising during the use of the Game and receive guidance.
2. User Obligations
Users must familiarize themselves with and comply with the Terms and this Policy while using the Game. Users shall not engage in any actions prohibited by the Terms or this Policy, or any behavior that causes harm to others or negatively affects the in-game order.
3. Users are responsible for managing their own device and account information. The user shall bear full responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from transferring or lending their account to third parties.
4. Users must register accurate personal information upon signing up. If a user provides false information or uses another person's personal information, they shall bear full responsibility for all resulting disadvantages. The Company will not provide any support in such cases and may take necessary action in accordance with applicable laws and this Policy.
5. If a user discovers a bug during the use of the Game, they must promptly report it to the customer service center. Intentionally exploiting or distributing the bug to others without reporting it is considered a violation of this Policy and may result in sanctions such as game use restrictions.
Article 4. Rights and Obligations of the Company

1. If abnormal behavior occurs inside or outside the Game, the Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Game or restrict access.
2. The Company may impose sanctions on users who violate the Terms or this Policy based on the standards specified therein.

1. The Company shall provide a stable environment for users to enjoy the Game.
2. The Company shall comply with the Terms, this Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
3. The Company is obligated to receive reports of in-game bugs from users and verify and resolve such issues.
4. The Company shall establish a healthy gaming culture, protect minor users from harmful content, and take appropriate action to prevent defamation and infringement of user rights.
5. The Company shall protect users' personal information (such as identity and phone number) in its possession. The Company shall not use, alter, or disclose such information beyond its original collection purpose without consent. However, the Company may provide such information if legally obligated, such as when requested by judicial authorities.
6. The Company shall respond to user inquiries and requests as kindly and promptly as possible. However, in cases involving unreleased content or confidential game features, responses may be limited or withheld. Game usage records shall not be provided except where legally required or under exceptional circumstances acknowledged by the Company.
7. The Company shall maintain a neutral position and not intervene in user disputes. However, if a user dispute violates this Policy or disrupts the normal operation of the Game, the Company may review the case and take necessary measures from a neutral standpoint.
8. Even in cases not mentioned above, the Company shall take appropriate measures based on general order and norms to ensure smooth service operation and user protection.
Article 5. Standards for Game Use Restrictions
(1) These standards are established to protect users from behavior that interferes with gameplay or disrupts public order and decency.
(2) If a user commits any of the actions listed in the Sanction Table below, they may be subject to penalties and disadvantages to their account in accordance with the stated principles.
(3) Any in-game currency or items obtained through inappropriate means or in violation of the Terms may be forcibly recovered or deducted.
(4) Users who have been sanctioned may file an objection with the customer service center within 15 days from the date of sanction.
(5) The level of restriction shall be applied differently depending on the type and severity of the violation. However, taking into account the gravity of the violation, frequency of recurrence, and impact on the game environment, a more lenient or severe penalty may be applied as an exception.
(6) The Company shall not provide any compensation or support for disadvantages resulting from sanctions.

(7) The Company operates the following policy for long-term inactive accounts:
1. Accounts with no login or payment activity for 12 months or more may be deleted from the Company's servers.
2. Accounts deleted under item 1 above cannot be recovered.
Article 6. Recovery Policy
(1) If a user's game data such as account or items is lost or altered due to technical errors or the Company's fault, recovery is possible within the scope that the issue can be verified.
(2) The Company may change services (such as character/item/content information) for operational or technical balance purposes and will notify users via official communities or in-game notices before doing so. In cases requiring urgent fixes (such as bug corrections or emergency updates), notice may be given afterward. Recovery is not provided in such cases.
(3) Recovery requests must be submitted to the customer service center within 7 days from the occurrence of the issue to confirm eligibility.
(4) The Company is not responsible for damages caused by user fault, including but not limited to the following cases:

Article 7. Community Service Operation Standards
(1) The Company shall not intervene in disputes between users within the community services as a rule. However, if the dispute involves a violation of the Terms or this Policy or disrupts the operation of the community, the Company may review the case and take appropriate measures from a neutral standpoint.
(2) The Company shall enforce the following policies regarding its bulletin board services. "Posts" refer to information consisting of text, images, audio, or video shared by users through the Web service.

**Addendum
This operating policy shall be effective from August 1, 2025.
